Freelance Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist (Long-Term Collaboration)
We are looking for a creative and reliable freelancer with strong graphic design and digital marketing skills to support our ongoing business needs.
This is a long-term collaboration, not a one-off task. We need someone who can understand our brand, propose ideas, and execute them professionally.
Scope of Work
Graphic Design
• Social media visuals (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Flyers, posters, banners (digital & print)
• Presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
• Brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials
• Simple branding assets (icons, layouts, visual consistency)
Digital Marketing
• Content planning and basic copywriting
• Social media campaign visuals & posts
• Brand positioning and visual storytelling
• Coordination of promotions for products, services, and events
• Occasional landing page or ad creatives (Meta / Google Ads)
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or Figma)
• Good understanding of social media marketing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English (Albanian is a plus)
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to adapt designs for different industries and audiences
Nice to Have
• Experience with B2B companies
• Basic video or motion graphics (Reels / short promos)
• Experience with branding guidelines
• Understanding of marketing funnels and promotions
