Google Ads Specialist & Digital Marketer Needed

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads specialist & digital marketer to work with us long-term on several ongoing projects.
Our company operates in the HVAC, refrigeration, VRF, and Horeca cooling repair sector in the Netherlands, and we are expanding fast.

We need someone:

Certified by Google (Google Ads / Analytics / Tag Manager).

Creative, analytical, and able to bring new ideas, not copy existing ones.

Able to build high-converting landing pages and improve our existing ones.

Strong in SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Experienced with Dutch market campaigns (a big plus).

Ready to work with us for months (or years) on multiple websites.

Someone smart, proactive, and with strong communication skills.


Your tasks will include:

Creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display).

Improving landing pages to increase conversions.

Setting up tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, conversions, heatmaps).

Suggesting new strategies and creative approaches to grow our leads.

Working with multiple websites (Horeca cooling repair, VRF systems, heat pumps, etc.).
