I'm launching a tech startup aiming to transform the recruitment industry with an innovative job portal website. The focus is on creating a platform with unique features that simplify the hiring process for employers and job seekers alike.

Key Features:

- AI-based job matching: I need an intelligent system that pairs job seekers with the most suitable opportunities based on their qualifications and preferences.
- Video interview capability: This feature should allow employers to conduct interviews remotely, directly through the platform.
- Real-time application tracking: Employers and recruiters need to have access to a feature that tracks applications in real time.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in web development, particularly in creating job portals or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI technology and its application in recruitment.
- Ability to design and implement video capabilities within a website.
- Experience in developing real-time tracking systems.
- Understanding of the needs and functionalities required by different user groups on a job portal.

Roles and Skillset I am Looking for

1. Full-Stack Developer (2) - Experience 7+ Years

Responsibilities:

Develop both the front end (user-facing side) and back end (server-side) of the platform. They will handle database management, API integration, and platform logic.

Skills:
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Backend: Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
APIs: Integration with third-party APIs like LinkedIn, payment gateways, and others.
DevOps: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and server management for deployment.

2. UX/UI Designer (Exp 7 years min):

Responsibilities:
Design an intuitive, user-friendly interface for both job seekers and employers. Create wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes.

Skills: UI/UX design (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

3. Marketing/Business Development Manager (Exp 8 years min)

Develop the go-to-market strategy, manage branding, handle partnerships with employers, and drive user acquisition through various channels (social media, SEO, email marketing).

Skills: Digital marketing, SEO, business development, client management, and sales.
