We’re a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to handle full account setups for our clients. This is a fixed-rate project ($50–70 per setup) with potential for ongoing work if we’re a good fit.
Scope of Work & Deliverables
Each client setup includes the following tasks:
• 2-Way Text Messaging (15–30 min): Monitor A2P approval and test SMS
• Meeting Calendar Setup & Integration (≈5 min): Configure under Settings > Integrations
• Follow-up SMS & Email Templates (≈1 hr): Create templates under Conversations > Snippets. Build simple workflows if needed
• Web ChatBot Widget (≈4 hrs) General Q&A + appointment booking. Reference: https://www.gohighlevel.com/post/build-ai-chatbot
• Call Booking Schedule Page (≈2 hrs): Reference: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000005061-getting-started-setup-a-booking-calendar
• Stripe Payment Integration (≈5 min): Configure under Settings > Integrations
• Google My Business Integration (≈5 min): Configure under Settings > Integrations

Estimated Total Time per Setup: ~8–10 hours
Requirements
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (please share examples or screenshots of past setups)
• Familiarity with SMS/A2P registration, Stripe integration, and Google My Business
• Ability to follow written guides and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and attention to detail
Compensation
• Fixed rate: $50–70 USD per complete setup (depending on experience and speed)
• Opportunity for long-term collaboration as we onboard more clients
