Commission-Based Lead Generation & Sales
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Project Description:
We are a Yoga Teacher Training School in India offering internationally recognized Yoga Alliance certified courses (200-hour, 300-hour, etc.).
We are seeking a commission-based lead generation and sales specialist (or agency) who can consistently deliver confirmed student enrollments.
This is a performance-driven project:
- $100 per confirmed enrollment (student pays the deposit/advance).
- Minimum 15 enrollments per month required.
- No fixed or upfront fee — purely commission-based.
What Needs to Be Done:
- Generate quality leads in target markets (US, UK, EU, Russia).
- Nurture and convert those leads into confirmed enrollments.
- Use effective strategies: paid ads (Google, Yandex, social), organic outreach, email marketing, or direct sales methods.
- Track and report results transparently.
Ideal Freelancer/Agency:
- Proven experience in lead generation and student recruitment.
- Strong conversion and sales skills (calls, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Familiarity with yoga/wellness/education sector is a plus.
- Can commit to performance-based compensation only.
