GeM Account Management + Digital Marketing

We are Skylane Network, an established internet and cable service provider with 25+ years of experience, based in New Delhi.
We are looking for a dedicated freelancer/agency to handle:

Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) account.

Uploading/updating products & services.

Bidding on relevant tenders.

Ensuring compliance with GeM policies.

Creating and running digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Local SEO, and Social Media Marketing).

Handling Google My Business (GMB) posts, promotions, and updates.

Reporting weekly progress.

Requirements:

Prior experience in GeM account handling is a must.

Proven results in digital marketing (especially for local businesses).

Good communication and reporting skills.Duration: Long-term (monthly basis).Budget to Post

Since this is ongoing work, it’s better to set it as a monthly retainer project rather than a one-time task. On Freelancer.com:

Basic GeM account handling only → ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month

GeM handling + Digital Marketing combo → ₹15,000 (reasonable for freelancers; agencies may charge more)
