Your first mandate is clear: generate a steady flow of qualified leads through LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit while continuing to improve our search visibility with solid SEO and forward-looking AEO practices.
Right now I track performance in Google Analytics and Meta, and I’m happy to see you bring additional tools or processes that sharpen our insights. You’ll craft campaigns, optimise on-page content, and build a small but reliable network of influencers, copywriters and designers who can amplify each initiative. As results compound, you’ll have the freedom to expand this into a larger team that could eventually function as its own digital marketing arm.
Key deliverables I expect in your first months:
• Technical and content SEO audit with prioritised action list
• AEO recommendations for featured snippets/voice search answers relevant to immigration topics
