Find me clients/work to be outsourced

I am a Graphic and Web Designer with over 2 years of experience and I need help with client acquisition. I am looking for a person who can find me other SMMAs who are willing to outsource their work to individuals like me or a person who can get me organic clients. This would mean getting me in touch with them via direct contact, advertisement of my work, etc. In effect, you will be the person responsible for my client acquisition.

You will be receiving a salary and a particular percentage of revenue you will be bringing in.
