Facebook Group Participant Recruitment

Job ID: 40275615

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m running a small-scale psychological experiment that uses positive social pressure to help a single client improve day-to-day hygiene habits. To make it work, I need a motivated marketer who can create, grow, and moderate a dedicated Facebook group that attracts genuinely interested members willing to take part in the experiment.

The client refuse to take care of showers and even changing clothes even underclothes.
We got agreement with the client to change underclothes everday and send picture proof
and we have people to track it.
the more people there are viewing it.. the more pressure the client feels and it helps.

here is link for the tracking we do

Scope of work
• Set up an inviting, purpose-driven Facebook group, including copy for the description, rules, and visual branding.
• Drive targeted traffic to the group through organic tactics you choose—cross-posting in aligned communities, partnering with micro-influencers, or other low-cost methods—until we reach an agreed-upon participant count.
• Post and schedule engaging material rooted in behavioral psychology that keeps members active and supportive.
• Monitor discussions, encourage accountability check-ins, and promptly flag any issues to me.

Deliverables
1. Live Facebook group fully configured and branded.
2. First 50 qualified participants onboarded within two weeks of launch.
3. A simple weekly report covering new members, engagement metrics, and any notable member feedback.

Acceptance criteria
• All members must be real, human accounts—not bots.
• Engagement rate after the first week stays above 30 % (reactions or comments per post).
• Group rules and privacy settings follow Facebook Community Standards.

If you have a track record of building or managing behavior-change or support communities on Facebook, I’d love to see a quick example. Let’s get this group up and running so my client can start benefiting from the collective motivation.
