Facebook Digital Marketing

I know nothing about digital marketing. Below is a very brief explanation of my business and a brief explanation of what I would like to create.
Business; I have a small specialty private finance company. We finance homes for borrowers that don’t qualify for traditional lending. Borrowers may have lesser credit, they may be self-employed, have a recent bankruptcy, etc.
Project; When specific keywords are used in a search on social media, I’d like to be able to present advertising to those users. For example, if a user searches for “Owner Financing” on Facebook, and the user is in my area, I want to send an ad to them that will show up in their news feed every couple of days for the next 3 months. I don’t know if this is possible? Your questions are welcome.
