Expert Webmaster

I need the best webmaster that exists on the planet. I have my own websites that we worked on for year if not for a lifetime.....I only want to work through Freelancer and my expert and excellent staff member of Freelancer @RayRecruiter. The webmaster will be directing EVERYTHING that has to do with getting my website up and functional from the American hosting company....they somehow lacking the public delay of the most important website I have, which needs to be resolved. He will find the right person for various projects needed to run everything up to the highest standard. He will make sure that I have the highest visibility with Google and whoever else I need to. He will make sure that the last technology is applied. He will follow my orders when it comes to interaction with my clients because the AI that companies have give people heart attack and destroy the economy due ot it complete inability to function. In our case we will always have a human interaction and never a round around for hours AI just to get the simplest thing done, which of course is never an option with AI. And, this is basically the description. I only always want to work only with the best and most qualified people who are polite and get the job done. They need to understand emergency and act on it....they also need to understand the particular nature of my work. There will be a lot of video editing too as I am in the entertainment industry. While I want to keep things simple, we request fast , but not rushed work and the highest quality performance. Webdesign most likely will. not be needed in the ordinary sense but we will add to existing sites. We also need experts to recover sites that are still exist somewhere ( I mean the files) but the sites disappeared. Thank you IMPORTANT !!!! VERY, VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! I PLEASE INSIST THAT THE WRITERS WHO WILL REWORD EVERYTHING WILL LEAVE THIS PART EXACTLY AS IT IS BECAUSE THIS IS THE ESSENCE OF MY POSTING IN TERMS OF THE QUALITY I AM LOOKING FOR. P.S.: PLEASE DO NOT BID BECAUSE YOU BID TO SEE WHAT STICKS....WHILE I UNDERSTAND THAT NEED WE NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL BE INTERVIEWED A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WE WILL BE INTERVIEWING MULTIPLE PEOPLE. I AM THE ONE RUNNING THE COMPANY AND I CNA ONLY SURROUND MYSELF WITH HONEST AND WELL ESTABLISHED PEOPLE. IF YOU LIKE ONCE THAT WILL BE YOUR LAST TIME. I AM BEING VERY HONEST HERE BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO FO IN CIRCLES. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - LITERALLY- ON THIS SITE WITH A PERSON CALLED AMAR KUMAL WHO CLAIMED OT BE A VIDEO EDITOR. IT TOOK ME ALL MY MONEE, 3 WEEKS OF MY LIFE, ALL OF MY TIME, AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE VIDEO. HE MADE MISTAKES UPON MISTAKES AND WHILE I SPELLED OUT THE CORRECTIONS FOR HIM, AND CEWED THE FOOD FORHIM, HE MADE THINGS EVEN WORSE JUST BEFORE THE VERY FINAL VERSION WAS TO BE EDITED AND IT WOUDL HAVE TAKEN 20 MINUTES. INSTEAD, HE RESORTED "BILLING ME' WHICH I PAID BECAUSE HE CLAIMED HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO A MILESTONE. IN THE MINUTE I PAID THE INVOICE HE DISAPPEARED, BECAUSE TREMENDOUSLY ABUSIVE, DISCRIMINATING NAD RACIST. THE VIDEO WAS ABOUT MY BEST CHILDHOOD FRIEND TO THIS DAY WHO PASSED ON. AND THIS MAN TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A VIGIL THAT HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WERE WAITING FOR. HE RAPED MY MIND AND THAT IS NOT OK. HE RAPED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE'S MINDS AND THAT THAT IS NOT OK. NOTHING LIKE THIS CAN EVER HAPPEN AGAIN. I NEEDED TO GO ON MEDICATION JUST TO TRY TO REASON AND DEAL WITH HIM BECAUSE STARTING THE VIDEO AGAIN THAT ONLY HE KNOWS THE CORRECTIONS OF IS IMPOSSIBLE. I DO HOPE THAT MY RECRUITER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE MAKING SURE THAT NOTHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS TO ANYONE AGAIN. THIS IS WHY I AM TELLING YOU THE STORY. YOU CANNOT BE LIKE THIS BECAUSE THE FIRST SIGN AND YOU ARE OUT. THIS KUMAR PERSONALITY MUST BE OFF THE PLATFORM BECAUSE OTHER CUSTOMER CALLED HIM A SCAMMER TOO.....SO THAT WARRANTS A DEPARTURE SO THAT HE CANNOT DO THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE.
