-Digital Marketing Execution:
-Implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
-Managing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
-Creating and nurturing email marketing campaigns to engage leads using a CRM
Social Media Marketing:
-Managing and maintaining social media profiles on relevant platforms.
-Developing engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement beyond new and recently sold listings.
Reporting and Analysis:
-Monitor marketing campaign performance, website analytics and SEO performance
Qualifications:
-Real estate marketing experience required
-Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
-Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
-Develops innovative forward design concepts
-Background in real estate preferred
-Must reside in the United States
