I'm seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to handle our lead generation ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube on a monthly retainer basis. The goal of these campaigns is to collect contact information from potential clients, primarily for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead ads
- Managing YouTube ad campaigns
- Creating or guiding ad creatives (images, videos, copy)
- Analyzing performance and reporting results
- Suggesting ways to lower cost per lead and improve ROI

Requirements:
- Experience with Meta lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of YouTube ad campaigns
- Good communication in English
- Ability to work on a monthly retainer (not hourly)
