Digital marketing expert for Fashion Brand Social Media Growth

We are a startup working on Women & Kids Clothing Brand and are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow our social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, having proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies for fashion or lifestyle brands, with a focus on content creation, engagement, and audience growth.
Key responsibilities shall include developing and implementing a monthly social media strategy aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals. Creating engaging content (images, reels, short videos, product highlights, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. To plan and manage posting schedules, ensuring consistent and timely uploads across all platforms and to monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Plz note, we are looking for monthly retainership and NOT one time job. Budget is for the same only.
