Digital Marketing Specialist for Multichannel Growth

We are seeking an experienced freelance digital marketing professional to manage and grow our product marketing across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, including setup and use of WhatsApp Business API for customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities:

Set up & manage WhatsApp Business API (Interakt, WATI, etc.)

Create and run WhatsApp broadcast & automation campaigns

Design chat flows for inquiries, orders & support

Create ad copies & creatives for Instagram/Facebook

Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns with WhatsApp CTA

Build lead-to-sale funnel using WhatsApp

Track performance & improve conversions

Requirements:

Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API tools

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Experience in Indian market & e-commerce

Ability to build chatbots & automation flows

Good copywriting & communication skills

Results-focused approach
