We are INA Academy, a reputed education institute in Vadodara, Gujarat, with 500+ students enrolled purely through word-of-mouth. We are now expanding nationally and are looking for a dedicated digital marketing expert/agency to help us grow our presence online.
Scope of Work:
• Develop and execute a complete digital marketing strategy for our math courses.
• Manage and grow our YouTube channel (SEO optimization, thumbnails, titles, hashtags, etc.).
• Create engaging content strategies for Instagram & other social media platforms.
• Run and optimize paid ads (Google, YouTube, Instagram, Meta).
• Track analytics, report performance, and continuously improve growth.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably for education/edtech brands.
• Expertise in YouTube SEO and channel growth.
• Ability to create professional posts, reels, and ad creatives.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Strong communication and availability for weekly updates.
Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on expertise & results).

We are looking for a long-term collaboration. The right candidate should not just “run ads” but actively help us build a strong online brand and scale our student base across India.
