We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can:
- Plan, manage & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
- Create, test, and scale high-converting ad campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team to strategize content for performance-based outcomes
- Analyze performance data, report key insights, and improve CAC, ROAS, and CTRs
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes
You should have:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta + Google)
Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing
A strong understanding of ad creatives, funnels, audiences, and analytics tools
Bonus if you’ve worked with fashion/lifestyle brands!
