Digital Marketing Specialist: SEO and Ad manager

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our organic and paid marketing strategies. You will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search rankings, and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

SEO
• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, metadata, site structure, and internal linking
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, etc.)

Paid Advertising
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
• Optimize ads for ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies
• Manage budgets and provide regular performance reports
• Implement conversion tracking and analytics

Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs and campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Continuously test and optimize strategies for growth

Requirements
• Proven experience in SEO and paid advertising management
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and keyword bidding strategies
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Strong communication and time management skills

Nice to Have
• Experience managing multiple clients or brands
• Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
• Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
