Digital Marketing Specialist Needed for Beauty & Healthcare Brand (Monthly Project)
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are Olyra Care, a brand focused on beauty, cosmetics, and wellness products. We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence, improve SEO, run ad campaigns, and build a loyal community on social platforms.
If you have experience working with D2C or beauty brands and can manage content, social media, SEO, and paid marketing — we want to hear from you!
** Tasks to Be Performed:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Full website SEO audit (technical + on-page)
Keyword research for products and blog
Meta tag optimization, schema, internal linking
Backlink building (white hat)
- Social Media Management
12–16 posts per month (Instagram & Facebook)
Reels, stories, feed content (basic design + captions)
Hashtag research + scheduling
Engagement management (DMs, comments)
- Content Writing
2 SEO blog posts per month (health & beauty topics)
Product descriptions and promotional text
Captions for posts and ads
- Paid Ads (Meta & Google)
Set up and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
Google Search & Display ads
Ad tracking, retargeting, reporting, and budget optimization
- Reporting
Weekly & monthly performance reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
Strategy recommendations for growth
** Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Good design sense (Canva or similar tools)
- Strong written English & communication skills
- Previous experience in beauty, wellness, or ecommerce preferred
** Deliverables per Month:
- SEO audit & fixes
- 12–16 social media posts
- 2 blog articles
- Paid ad management
- Monthly strategy + performance report
