Digital Marketing Partner Needed for Client Projects

I am looking for a reliable and skilled digital marketing freelancer who can work with me as a long-term partner.

My role: I will bring customers/clients.
Your role: You will deliver the actual services (campaigns, content, ads, etc.).

Work Includes (as per client needs):
- Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Content Creation (graphics, videos, captions)
- Advertising Campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Copywriting and ad creatives
- Reporting & analytics for clients

Requirements:
- Must be experienced in Google Ads & PPC campaigns (account setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, optimization, conversion tracking, performance reporting)
- Proven experience in digital marketing & content creation
- Should be able to handle multiple clients/projects as they come
- Honest, reliable, and able to deliver on deadlines
- Comfortable working as a backend partner (white-label style)

Budget / Payment:
- Initial test budget: ₹18,000 INR for first project(s)
- Future work will be ongoing, as I bring in more clients

Location Preference:
India (to align with INR payments & communication)
