My brand is active on the main social channels and has a small but engaged audience; now I want to turn that into steady, measurable growth without relying on paid ads.

We’re expanding our content and organic growth team — and we’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) who loves creating, posting, and engaging with online communities to drive real growth, leads, and booked sales appointments.
Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing VA for Organic Growth, you’ll help us grow our brand presence and inbound leads by combining creativity, consistency, and strategy. You’ll execute a mix of organic marketing activities and content creation tasks across platforms like Quora, Reddit, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, schedule, and post daily or 3 days a week engaging video content using Ai tools like our custom Viral ad/post creator, VEO, NanoBanana, Wan 2.5, Sora, CapCut, InVideoAI, KlingAI, DALL·E, ChatGPT, ClaudeAI, and other tools
• Research trending topics, hooks, and viral formats to create short-form and long-form content that attracts attention and converts.
• Publish and engage on Quora, Reddit, Facebook groups, and niche forums to build awareness and drive qualified organic traffic.
• Optimize posts for reach and engagement using keywords, hashtags, and effective posting times.
• Track and report key growth metrics (views, clicks, engagement, leads).
• Repurpose top-performing content across multiple channels.
• Respond to comments and community engagement to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new viral content ideas and campaigns.
• Manage social content scheduling using tools like Metricool, Buffer, or Later.
• Stay up to date with social media and AI content trends to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
• Experience creating and posting viral or high-engagement content (shorts, reels, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (VEO, CapCut, InVideoAI, LeonardoAI, DALL·E, ChatGPT, ClaudeAI).
• Basic understanding of Reddit, Quora, and community-driven growth strategies.
• Great storytelling and copywriting skills for captions, comments, and replies.
• Strong organizational skills and self-management — able to hit deadlines and deliver consistently.
• Passion for marketing, creativity, and learning about AI tools.
Compensation & Incentives
• $5–$15 per video or post distributed across platforms (rate based on experience and quality).
• 2.5% commission on any agency retainer generated through your content (average $15,000 retainer = $375 per closed client).
• $100 performance bonus after 30 days based on consistency and results.
• Flexible remote work schedule and optional hybrid days at our Madison Ave office.
