Digital Marketing Master Trainer
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m assembling a four-month, graduate-style program that will turn solidly intermediate marketers into true e-commerce specialists. The syllabus must dive deep into SEO and SEM first, then layer in advanced social media tactics that move product at scale. I need a trainer who can not only architect the curriculum but also deliver it live, mentor participants between sessions, and measure mastery all the way through.
Participants already understand basic keyword research, campaign set-up and reporting. Your job is to push them toward expert-level thinking: technical SEO audits, revenue-driven bid strategies, full-funnel content planning across Meta and emerging platforms, and the creative-analytics loop that keeps ROAS climbing.
Key deliverables
• A week-by-week curriculum roadmap covering 16 weeks, complete with learning objectives and required tooling (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.).
• Slide decks, workbooks and hands-on lab briefs for each session.
• Two capstone projects that integrate SEO/SEM with social media commerce campaigns, including grading rubrics.
• A simple progress-tracking method (scorecard or dashboard template) so we can quantify each learner’s growth.
• Live instruction (remote is fine) plus recorded backups for anyone who misses class.
Acceptance criteria
1. Curriculum submitted and approved before the first live session.
2. All materials fully branded and editable.
3. Capstone projects tested on a pilot cohort and refined based on feedback.
4. Final report summarizing learner performance against objectives.
There’s no fixed deadline pressure, so we can favor quality over speed, but I’d like to start drafting the roadmap as soon as you’re ready. If you’ve built similar mastery programs and can point to measurable success in e-commerce environments, let’s talk.
