Position Overview (Job Description)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital acquisition strategy across multiple campaigns and channels.
This role is responsible for:
Managing and scaling paid media performance
Overseeing SEO and conversion optimization
Coordinating contractors and ensuring execution quality
You will act as the single point of accountability for performance across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Management (Core Responsibility)
Manage full-funnel campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Optimize performance across:
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
ROAS
Cost per Lead
Manage and scale budget allocation across campaigns
2. SEO & Conversion Optimization
Oversee SEO strategy and execution
Guide landing page optimization efforts
Improve conversion rates across funnels
3. Multi-Channel Strategy
Align paid media, SEO, and conversion strategies
Identify new acquisition channels
Test and scale new growth opportunities
4. Contractor & Project Management
Manage external contractors:
SEO specialists
Designers / developers
Creative teams
Provide direction and ensure deliverables meet performance goals
Maintain accountability across all contributors
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Workflow
Daily
Monitor campaign performance
Review KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversions)
Coordinate with team and contractors
Weekly
Analyze performance trends
Optimize campaigns and landing pages
Manage contractor deliverables
Monthly
Report on performance across channels
Adjust strategy and budget allocation
Identify scaling opportunities

2+ years in digital marketing
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience managing significant ad budgets
Understanding of SEO strategy and CRO
Experience managing multiple campaigns or brands
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience managing contractors or agencies
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated or competitive industries
Experience with multi-brand or portfolio marketing
Strong understanding of attribution models
