Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist for LoanSathi.in – Monthly Basis
About the Company:
LoanSathi.in is a fast-growing loan consulting service platform. We help customers find the best Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Credit Card Loan, and LAP solutions. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled marketing partner who can handle Sales + Ads + Email Marketing on a monthly basis.
Payment Structure:
- Fixed Monthly Service Charge: ₹3000
- If monthly ad spend exceeds ₹30,000, then the amount ABOVE ₹30,000 will be charged at 10% commission.
(Example: If ad spend = ₹45,000 → Extra amount = ₹15,000 → 10% Commission = ₹1500)
Growth Opportunity:
We currently work with multiple companies, and all partnerships started from this same starter model.
If your skills and performance are strong, we can scale the budget aggressively.
We have multiple partners where our monthly advertising budgets go up to ₹4,00,000+, and the right performer will grow with us in the same way.
This role begins with a demo phase, and based on your results, the ad spend and responsibilities will keep increasing.

Note:
All advertisement materials (videos, photos, creatives, content, landing page details) will be provided by us. You only need to set up, manage, optimize, and scale the campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
- Run targeted loan lead generation campaigns
- Create city-wise and category-wise audiences
- Optimize budget and reduce cost per lead
- Daily monitoring and reporting
2. YouTube Ads
- Promote loan consulting awareness videos
- Run traffic + lead form campaigns
- A/B testing and optimization
3. Google Ads
- Target high-intent loan keywords
- Run Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Daily optimization and cost control
- Provide landing page improvement suggestions
4. Email Marketing + Messaging
- Create follow-up sequences for loan enquiries
- Setup SMTP (Resend, Mailgun, Brevo, Amazon SES, etc.)
- High-deliverability automation setup
- Cold email + WhatsApp messaging workflows

- Prior loan/finance lead generation experience (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of ad optimization & sales funnels
- Proven ability to generate high-quality leads
