Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist for LoanSathi.in – Monthly Basis
Budget: ₹1,000 – ₹3,500 INR
About the Company:
LoanSathi.in is a fast-growing loan service platform providing Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Credit Card Loan, and LAP services. We need a marketing specialist who can handle Sales + Ads + Email Marketing on a monthly basis.
Payment Structure:
- Fixed Monthly Service Charge: ₹3000
- If monthly ad spend exceeds ₹30,000, then the amount ABOVE ₹30,000 will be charged at 10% commission.
(Example: If ad spend = ₹45,000 → Extra amount = ₹15,000 → 10% Commission = ₹1500)
Responsibilities:
1. Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
- Run targeted loan lead generation campaigns
- Create city-wise and category-wise audiences
- Optimize budget and reduce cost per lead
- Daily monitoring and reporting
2. YouTube Ads
- Promote loan awareness videos
- Run traffic + lead form campaigns
- A/B testing and optimization
3. Google Ads
- Keyword-based loan lead generation
- Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Work on high-intent keywords
- Suggest landing page improvements
4. Email Marketing + Messaging
- Create follow-up sequences for loan enquiries
- SMTP setup (Resend, Mailgun, Brevo, Amazon SES, etc.)
- High-deliverability bulk email automation
- Cold email + WhatsApp messaging workflows
