Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
*Lead Follow-Up & Management
* Promptly and professionally respond to, nurture, and guide existing inquiries and leads through the enrollment pipeline via email, phone, and social media channels.
*Digital Presence Enhancement
*Optimize online engagement by highlighting our authentic Northern Thai Chiang Mai lineage, Mediterranean retreat packages, and career-changing benefits for yoga teachers, existing therapists, and career changers.
*Conversion Tracking:
* Maintain accurate tracking of lead status, conversion rates, and communication logs to report weekly progress directly to school management.
*Content Creation & Scheduling
* Design, curate, and schedule engaging digital content (photos, videos, testimonials, and educational highlights) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and the school's website.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or sales conversion (background in wellness, yoga, or education sectors is a strong plus).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently, whether remotely or from our Palma studio.
* Alignment with holistic health values, mindfulness, and the traditional ethics of Thai Yoga Massage.
