I run a manpower supply business that provides kitchen staff, hotel waiters, helpers, and other hospitality workers to hotels, restaurants, and kitchens.

I am looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert who can consistently generate manpower candidates every month on a long-term basis.

This is a permanent monthly role if results are good.

Key Responsibility

Your main task is to bring manpower leads (job seekers) such as:

Hotel Waiters

Kitchen Helpers

Cooks / Kitchen Staff

Cleaning & Support Staff

Leads should be genuine people willing to work in hotels/kitchens.

Marketing Channels (Any or All)

You may use:

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Google Ads

WhatsApp Campaigns

Landing Pages / Lead Forms

Local targeting strategies

Any proven method that works

Requirements

Experience in lead generation (job seekers preferred)

Ability to generate monthly consistent leads

Understanding of local audience targeting (India)

Honest reporting of leads and performance

Payment & Work Type

Monthly payment (fixed or performance-based – can be discussed)

Long-term / permanent work if performance is good
