Digital Marketing and Data Services
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a steady flow of work that combines two main streams: day-to-day digital marketing and ongoing data handling.
On the marketing side, I need someone who can fully manage our social channels—conceptualising and designing engaging posts, scheduling them at the best times, and then reporting back with performance insights. In parallel, you will keep our website visible through on-page SEO optimisation and run periodic email campaigns that match our social messaging. If you are comfortable using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer (or similar schedulers), Google Analytics, Search Console, and Mailchimp, you will fit right in.
The second stream is pure data work. I regularly receive raw data in various formats that must be entered, cleaned, analysed, and archived. You will use MS Excel for most of the heavy lifting (pivot tables, lookups, basic dashboards), MS Word for formatted reports, and Tally ERP 9 with GST features for any accounting-related entries and reconciliations. Accuracy is critical because these numbers feed straight into monthly business decisions.
Deliverables I expect
• Social post calendar published two weeks ahead, with graphics and copy approved.
• Weekly performance snapshot summarising reach, engagement, and next-step recommendations.
• SEO checklist completed after each website update, noting titles, meta, and keyword focus.
• One concise email campaign per month: draft → test → send → results summary.
• Clean, validated data sets entered into Excel/Tally within agreed turnaround times.
• A brief analytic report highlighting key trends or discrepancies in each data batch.
I’m happy to share brand guidelines, historical data, and account access once we agree on timelines. If you can keep these two tracks moving smoothly and communicate progress proactively, let’s discuss the first milestones.
