Job Description:
I’m seeking an experienced digital marketing freelancer to provide live, hands-on coaching and setup assistance for my real estate business. The goal is to guide me step-by-step through:

Setting up and linking a CRM system with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Creating, launching, and optimising lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.

Installing and verifying the Meta Pixel on my website.

Managing lead capture and follow-up workflows efficiently.

Best practices for tracking, reporting, and scaling campaigns.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience with Meta Ads (especially lead generation campaigns).

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and integrations with Meta Ads.

Ability to explain technical processes clearly and patiently in live video calls/screenshares.

Familiarity with real estate or property investment marketing is a plus.

Availability for short-term coaching sessions (a few hours) with flexible scheduling.

Deliverables:

Live, step-by-step walkthrough sessions via Zoom/Google Meet with screen sharing.

Answering questions and troubleshooting during sessions.

Providing actionable tips and resources for ongoing campaign management.
