Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative and self-driven Freelance Digital Marketer who can manage and grow our brand’s Instagram, Facebook, and Google presence while generating quality leads. This is not a vanity-metric role—we need someone who focuses on results, consistency, and content planning.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar (reels, posts, stories)
• Create engaging creatives/videos using property photos and walkthroughs
• Run and optimize Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns for reach & lead generation
• Track metrics: impressions, reach, click-through, conversions
• Monitor competitor pages and suggest trends or content ideas
• Collaborate weekly for updates on project milestones to highlight
• Set up Google Business, if not already optimized
Requirements
• Proven experience in real estate or property-based digital marketing
• Strong grip on Instagram & Meta Ads Manager
• Good content writing skills for short captions & CTAs
• Ability to design creatives using Canva/Photoshop or similar tools
• Must stick to timelines and avoid last-minute post dumps
• Basic knowledge of lead forms and WhatsApp integrations preferred
