Dental Clinic Marketing System Management

We are looking for an experienced marketing operations professional to fully set up and manage the marketing system for our dental/orthodontic clinic. This is a short-term project with complete ownership ; your job is to execute, manage freelancers, and deliver a working system. I do not want to be involved in daily coordination.

Responsibilities:

Set up GoHighLevel CRM: automation, WhatsApp API, ad manager integration

Coordinate with our past agency to retrieve ad access and past campaign data

Optimize Google My Business listing

Coordinate with web designer to finalize and integrate the website with lead capture tools

Run Meta and Google ads using proven templates

Hire and manage freelancers: designer, video editor, content writer

Set up and monitor WhatsApp-based lead follow-up systems

Coordinate or arrange receptionist sales training and performance tracking

Provide weekly updates and status reports

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing and operations

Strong understanding of GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp API

Ability to manage remote freelancers and deliver end-to-end systems without supervision
