Crowd Funding Campaign

I want to establish soiless, greenhouse farm for young school leavers to create employment generation for them and thereby take them out of the street and away from crime. I did need to raise fund for the take off of the project to the tune of USD50,000. Will like to hire an expert in running crow funding for the project
