Creator Account Engagement Specialist

I manage several creator-driven accounts and need a specialist who can live inside the DMs, and story replies to make our followers feel seen and heard. Your focus will be social platforms—most notably Instagram and Twitter (X)—with additional touchpoints on Snapchat and any private, subscription-based communities we run.

The single success metric is deeper interaction: longer comment threads, rapid DM turnarounds, and a noticeable lift in meaningful conversations. Expect to:

• Jump into DM's within minutes of posts going live
• Craft on-brand, conversational replies that spark further discussion
• Proactively start one-to-one or small-group chats around trending topics, drops, or behind-the-scenes moments
• Track engagement shifts weekly and flag content angles that resonate so our creative team can double down

You’ll receive brand voice guidelines and direct access to our social dashboards; I’ll look for a short daily report summarizing wins, recurring questions, and any sentiment changes.
