We are a fast-growing multi-media company looking for 2 reliable and creative individuals to join our team full-time as Engagement Writers.
This role is not about writing long articles. Instead, you will use your writing skills to hold real-time, text-based conversations with clients and customers, making interactions fun, engaging, and persuasive. Think of it as a mix of creative copywriting and digital community engagement.
We will provide full training, scripts, and mentorship. All you need is strong English, creativity, and the drive to succeed.
*Responsibilities*
Hold text-based conversations with clients and customers in real time
Keep engagement high with witty, empathetic, and playful writing
Follow conversation guidelines while adding your own creative voice
Spot opportunities to recommend or upsell digital products naturally
Track conversations accurately using our workflow tools
Commit to 8–10 hours per day, 6 days a week
*Requirements*
Excellent written English (C1/C2 Level)
Background in writing, copywriting, or customer engagement preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, chat-based environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability
Stable internet connection for remote work
