ConvertKit Funnel Implementation Specialist

Funnel Setup Project: Carrd → ConvertKit → Calendly (With Ongoing Support)
I need a ConvertKit funnel specialist to set up and test a draft email funnel for my business.
What I need done:
Integrate my Carrd landing page form with ConvertKit so new subscribers flow into my list and get tagged.
Upload and deliver my freebie PDF automatically to new subscribers.
Set up a 5-email nurture sequence (copy, subject lines, and preview text provided).
Apply my branding in the ConvertKit template (logo, brand colours for buttons, simple clean style).
Insert my Calendly booking link into the CTAs across the emails.
Test the entire flow end-to-end with a dummy subscriber to confirm:
Freebie delivers correctly.
Emails send on schedule (Day 0, 1, 3, 5, 7).
Calendly links open correctly.
Tags apply properly.
Provide a short Loom video or notes showing how to make small edits.
Important:
This project starts with a test run using draft versions of the emails and freebie.
Once the funnel has been tested and refined, I will also need you to handle the go-live setup (swapping draft emails for final versions, re-testing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly).
I’m looking for someone I can return to for ongoing support (e.g., future landing pages, new freebies, adjustments, or troubleshooting).
Requirements:
Proven experience with ConvertKit (Sequences, Automations, Tags).
Comfortable with Carrd integrations.
Able to set up Calendly links inside emails and (ideally) track clicks.
Attention to detail with testing.
Timeline: Within 1 week for initial setup and test.
Budget:
Please quote your rate for the initial setup (Stage 1: dry run). I expect this to be a small project (1–2 days of work).
If this goes smoothly, I will extend the project into Stage 2 (go live + ongoing tweaks). Please also indicate your hourly or project rate for follow-up work so I know what to expect for future stages.
