Commission-based Cold Caller for Digital Marketing Agency

I need an experienced cold caller to make outbound calls on a commission-only basis for my digital marketing agency, Atlantis Systems. We generate leads and provide digital marketing services (Google Ads, SEO, website design, social media management) for home service businesses — primarily pool companies, landscapers, and other contractors in US

The role:
- Call pre-scraped lists of home service business owners (pool companies, landscapers, roofers, etc.) in South Florida
- Pitch our lead generation and digital marketing services
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls/appointments for me to close
- Handle common objections (already have someone, not interested, too busy, etc.)
- Follow a provided script with flexibility to adapt naturally
- Log call outcomes in a CRM (GoHighLevel)

Requirements:
- Proven cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
- Excellent English communication — clear, confident, and persuasive
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Able to make high call volume (100+ calls/day)
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup
- Experience in home services, digital marketing, or agency sales is a big plus

Compensation:
- 100% commission-based
- Paid per qualified appointment booked and show up AND bonus on closed deals
- High earning potential for top performers — our average client pays $1,500–$3,000/ set up fee
