Each day I have one or two qualified prospects already booked for a sales call: they know the price range and have signalled clear interest; they just need a concise walk-through of what our service does for their business and a confident nudge toward a “yes.”
Your task is simple and focused. Jump on the scheduled Zoom present the offer in more depth, answer objections, and secure the commitment. You earn a straight commission on every closed deal Once we have worked together for a week and you feel comfortable with the flow, I will introduce a base fee so you start seeing guaranteed income in addition to your commissions.
Deliverables I track:
• Conduct 1–2 live sales calls per day with my pre-qualified residential-contractor leads
• Record the outcome of each call in my CRM the same day
If you can build rapport quickly, handle common contractor objections, and thrive on performance pay, you will do very well here.
