Commission-Only Sales Closers Remote

I'm building the outreach team at ShortStack, a full-service digital marketing agency. Looking for an Outreach Specialist to generate leads via Instagram DMs and SMS.

THE ROLE:
You send cold DMs on Instagram and SMS to local business owners. Your goal is to start conversations, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls onto our closer's calendar.

COMPENSATION:
- 100% performance-based
- 20% commission per closed deal
- Deal sizes: €500 – €5,000/month
- No ceiling on earnings

WHAT WE SELL:
Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), Website Design & Dev, AI Automations, AI Receptionist, Short & Long-Form Content, Email & SMS Marketing, AI Character (digital clone)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English
- Experience with outreach or appointment setting preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-only pay
- Available to start immediately
