Commission-Based Student Project Marketer
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I run a young tech-driven company that builds major and mini academic projects for university and college students, alongside other offerings such as research support and web solutions. Right now I want to double down on the student-project line, so I’m looking for a digital marketer who is confident working on a pure performance model—you earn when a client converts.
Here is what I need:
• Strategy and execution across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), search engine marketing, and email.
• Campaigns that speak directly to students and academic supervisors who commission capstone or semester projects.
• Clear tracking of every touchpoint so we both see exactly which enquiries turn into paying clients.
Payment is tied to confirmed sales, so please be comfortable structuring your fee around a commission or cost-per-acquisition model. If you already have systems in place for attribution, lead scoring, or marketing automation, let me know—those will be a plus.
Deliverables I’ll review each month:
1. Number of qualified leads generated and their source.
2. Conversion rate to paid projects.
3. Brief performance report with actionable next steps.
If you have a track record of bringing in paying customers through the channels listed above and you like results-driven partnerships, let’s talk.
