Ad Campaign For Privacy App

Job ID: 40487164

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I’ve built a Windows-based messaging tool that routes all traffic through Tor, similar to the Session app, and I need a results-oriented marketer to turn downloads into a steady stream.

The single metric that matters is new installs, so every creative idea, keyword set, and placement you suggest should point toward that outcome. My core audience is privacy-conscious users who already seek out encrypted or anonymity-focused software, not the broad general public.

I’m open to a mix of channels—targeted ads on privacy-friendly sub-Reddits and forums, tightly focused search campaigns around “anonymous chat” or “Tor messenger,” and supporting social media placements where these users actually hang out (think Twitter, Mastodon, niche Discord groups). Please bring data on which messages convert best with this crowd and be comfortable refining the funnel as we go.

Deliverables I expect:
• A concise media plan outlining spend allocation across social media, search engines, and key privacy forums
• Compelling ad copy, headlines, and creative concepts sized for each platform
• A keyword list plus negative keywords to avoid irrelevant clicks
• Tracking setup instructions (UTM structure, suggested pixels) so we can measure installs accurately
• A short optimisation roadmap after the first performance data comes in

If you’ve previously scaled downloads for security or privacy apps, I’d love to see examples. Let’s get this app in front of the people who care about their anonymity the most and watch the download counter climb.
