I run an educational YouTube channel that is already producing regular, high-quality lessons but growth has plateaued. My priority is to push both average watch-time and subscriber count past the thresholds required for full monetization.
The help I need centres on three levers I’m ready to act on right away:
• Content optimisation – re-structuring intros, pacing, hooks, end screens and playlists so viewers stay longer and binge through multiple videos.
• SEO & tags – research-driven titles, descriptions, keyword-rich tags and captions that surface each video in search and Suggested feeds. I work in a niche where precision matters, so proper keyword mapping and competitive analysis are essential.

A solid understanding of YouTube Studio analytics, TubeBuddy or VidIQ, and Google Trends will be important because I want every recommendation backed by data I can verify.
