I run a busy restaurant-café and want to noticeably increase the number of authentic Google reviews that appear on my Google Business Profile. At the moment we receive the occasional comment, but I know a steady stream of fresh, positive feedback is crucial for ranking higher in local search and convincing new diners to walk through the door.

I’m open to your proven tactics as long as they comply with Google’s policies and keep the voice of our brand warm and genuine.
By the end of the project I expect to have:
• A step-by-step workflow my staff can follow to request reviews during or shortly after service
• Custom copy and design assets ready for both print and digital touch-points
• Clear tracking so we can measure how many new reviews the campaign drives week by week
