Boost Chicago Black Farm Produce Sales

Job ID: 40130041

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I run a collective of Black farmers who deliver curated produce boxes throughout Chicago, and I’m ready to turn our social channels into steady sales engines. Right now we are active on Facebook and Instagram; those two platforms need to carry the weight of the entire campaign, from brand storytelling to the final checkout click.

The content mix is already defined: striking images of the weekly boxes, customer-shot testimonials that capture their unboxing moments, and behind-the-scenes clips of our farms so buyers see exactly where their food comes from. The audience is equally clear—local Chicago residents who care about healthy eating and who actively seek out Black-owned businesses.

I’m looking for a digital marketer who can:

• Build and schedule a high-converting content calendar (organic + paid) across Facebook and Instagram
• Design and A/B-test ad creatives that spotlight box variety, freshness, and our social impact
• Set up conversion tracking and funnel analytics inside Meta Business Suite so we can trace every sale back to its post or ad
• Grow and engage the community through comments, DMs, micro-influencer partnerships, and timely promotions
• Deliver weekly performance snapshots and a concise end-of-month report with recommendations for scaling

Acceptance criteria: sustained week-over-week growth in qualified traffic, a measurable uptick in box subscriptions, and an attribution model we can easily read without you.

If you have a record of turning food or subscription-based brands into social success stories, let’s talk strategy and timelines.
