Backlink Marketplace Growth Campaign
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I run a backlink marketplace that already has steady demand from buyers, but we’re still short on the supply side. The big challenge is two-fold:
1. Bring in more publishers willing to list their sites.
2. Attract reliable freelancers who specialise in guest posting and backlink services.
At the same time, I have to keep customer-acquisition costs under control, so every tactic you propose must pay close attention to ROI.
What I need from you
• A concise go-to-market strategy that shows how you will reach both publishers and freelance guest-posting specialists. Please outline the messaging angle for each group, the funnel you’d build, and the key metrics you’ll track.
• A channel mix recommendation. I’m open to social, email, content marketing (blogs, articles, newsletters), paid or organic—whichever combination you feel will hit our twin targets fastest while staying cost-efficient.
• A month-by-month action plan covering the first quarter, including creative concepts, sample ad copy or email subject lines, and rough spend allocation so I can see where the budget will have the highest impact.
• Cost-saving tactics, e.g., leverage industry communities, partnerships, referral incentives, or marketing-automation workflows that reduce manual work.
Acceptance criteria
• Clear, step-by-step rollout schedule.
• Defined KPIs for publisher sign-ups, freelancer enrolment, and cost per acquisition.
• Recommendations that can be implemented with common tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• All proposals must be realistic for a growing platform and not rely on inflated ad spend.
If this sounds like a campaign you can steer, tell me how you would tackle these goals, any quick wins you foresee, and the metrics you’d prioritise first. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a plan that makes practical and financial sense.
Also, preparing some marketing materials, and improovements for website and so on.
