I’m looking for a skilled mobile developer who can create a streamlined Android app focused on business-operations efficiency, with inventory management as the core feature.
What I need
• A clean, intuitive Android application that lets my team add, edit, and track inventory in real time.
• Secure user authentication so only approved staff can access or modify data.
• Dashboard-style screens that show current stock levels, low-stock alerts, and simple analytics.
• Ability to scan barcodes (camera-based) for quick item lookup and updates.
• Cloud-based database or lightweight backend so everything stays in sync across multiple devices, even when a user switches phones.
• Basic reporting export (CSV or PDF) for weekly inventory reviews.
Nice-to-haves (not required but welcome if you can include them within scope)
• Offline mode with automatic sync once the device reconnects.
• Role-based permissions for managers vs. floor staff.
