Professional Digital Marketer (Meta Ads + Social Management)
TL;DR
We’re looking to onboard a performance-minded digital marketer to own Facebook & Instagram advertising and monthly social media management (Facebook Page + Instagram Profile). You’ll run full-funnel Meta campaigns, create on-brand creatives, manage the content calendar, and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights. Ongoing engagement, monthly retainer. Ad spend billed separately.

Scope of Work (Monthly)
1) Paid Advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
Account audit + setup (pixel, Conversions API, events, custom conversions, UTM tagging).
Strategy & Planning: audience architecture (cold, lookalikes, remarketing), funnel design, budget allocation, experiment plan.
Campaign Build & Optimization:
Prospecting + Retargeting + Retention campaigns.
A/B tests: creative, copy, audience, placements, objectives.
Weekly bid/budget optimizations, frequency control, negative audience curation.
Creative Production for Ads:
4–6 ad creatives/month (mix of static, carousel, short-form video if assets available).
Ad copy variants (hooks, primary, headlines, CTAs).
Tracking & QA:
GA4 + Looker Studio (or equivalent) dashboards.
UTM governance, broken-link checks, event-fire validation.
2) Organic Social (Facebook Page & Instagram Profile)
Content Strategy: monthly theme, pillars, and tone.
Content Calendar:
12–16 feed posts/month (combo of static, carousel, short-form video/Reels if assets available).
8–12 Stories/month (lightweight, real-time moments).
Creative Design:
On-brand graphic design for posts (templates + net-new).
Caption writing + hashtag strategy.
Community Management:
Response SLA: within 24 hours for comments/DMs during business days.
Brand-safe moderation & engagement.
3) Reporting & Communication
Monthly Performance Report (delivered by the 3rd business day each month) including:
Paid: spend, impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, top winners/losers, learnings, next-step tests.
Organic: reach, engagement rate, follower delta, top content, sentiment notes.
Funnel view: traffic → add-to-cart/lead → purchase (or key conversion).
Insights + prioritized action plan for next month.
Weekly Check-In (15–30 mins or async recap) to align on experiments and blockers.
Deliverables (Monthly)
Meta ad strategy + live campaigns with weekly optimizations.
4–6 ad creatives + copy variants.
12–16 social posts + 8–12 Stories (FB + IG combined).
Updated content calendar (shared doc).
GA4/Looker Studio dashboard access.

KPIs / Targets (aligned to funnel)

Organic: engagement rate ↑, reach ↑, follower growth ↑, link clicks to site ↑.
Operational: on-time reporting, clean tracking, consistent brand voice.

GA4 + Looker Studio (or similar BI).
Design stack: Canva/Adobe (license or templates provided).

Compliance & Brand Guardrails
