I need an expert to prove I did not receive a particular email (automated insurance) -- 2

Insurance company say they sent 2 emails and two texts. We never received them. We have proof that the texts were not received. How do we prove that an email wasn’t received. They told us it was impossible for an automated customer communication system to make errors. I would love some one to contact me with some advice on services that may be able to help.
