investigation of spyware -- 2

I am looking for someone to investigate my smartphone for spyware. My main purpose for this investigation is for personal security, and I suspect a specific source for the spyware, but not a specific application. I need someone who has experience in this type of investigation and can provide me with trustworthy results so that I can ensure my phone is secure. The successful freelancer will be expected to use the latest techniques and tools to identify any suspicious activities as well as taking all steps to make sure my phone is safe from any further intrusions. I was informed by my cell phone carrier that there is another device duplicating my texts and calls from my cell phone number. I have additionally captured footage of my laptop on another unknown network I've never connected to before. I have the I.P. Address and it appears to show up in a field in Sapulpa, OK when I do a reverse IP location search. I have had Google Business Profile reviews taken down (12-15), I have had people call my number & say a man answered the phone on more than 1 count, I have several people say they've never received my calls or emails, I have blocked numbers ring through more then once & leave voicemails, my business software log me out on its own, I have had my phone operate on its on (like removing in), on calls I can hear others in the background when the person I am talking to is alone, frequently hear static & clicking, I have had texts going missing, business associates phone numbers & emails blocked repeatedly, my phone regularly shuts down on its own, & a plethora of other issues. I've spoken to a local digital investigator and they suspect Pegasus that was illegally released for public purchase according to what I've described my issues being.
