My ex girlfriend stated I said something in my email to her which is a lie. She may have edited what I sent her and I need to show that she fraudulently edited my email as evidence

A while back, my ex fiancée' struck me and I told her I could call the police on her and get an order of protection. I told her I have the pictures of the bruise. I deleted the pictures as time went on. Months later, after I found out she was a narcissist, she went on the offensive and had an order of protection filed against me for absolutely no reason. My attorney almost had it dismissed because it was ridiculous, however the judge gave her time to rewrite her claim. She stated that she had (emails) - plural, that I wrote claiming that I would hurt myself and claim she did it. She tried to be proactive thinking that I could make the claim that she actually hit me. So she planned for this and is trying to protect herself and thinks she's slick by saying in her new claim that she has emails saying I would harm myself and blame it on her. I never wrote anything of the kind. I found an email where I responded, "Read what I wrote and not what you (think) I wrote". She is obligated to come up with these make believe and edited emails. I am wondering if she can take an email I sent her and "edit" the body of my email by inserting in a fabricated sentence and then claiming I wrote the entire email. I am hoping that there is some code written on my server that is a particular order that would show her "edited insertion" of the fabricated sentence (claim) is out of order or inconsistent with the genuine email artifact. She would be arrested for #1 doctoring evidence and #2 lying on an official document. If she presents a printed copy of the letter to the judge, how can I prove that this was fabricated when I bring in my laptop? If she presents her laptop to the judge, how can I prove from my server that she inserted this at a later date? She is a liar and I need to protect myself. There must be a way to disprove her fake evidence. Is there?
