Job Title: Digital Forensics Expert to Authenticate Fake YouTube Videos & Trace IP Upload History

Description:
I am seeking a certified Digital Forensics Expert with proven experience in video authentication, metadata analysis, and cyber investigations to assist in a civil legal case involving the alleged creation and distribution of fake and defamatory videos uploaded to YouTube by an individual.
The objective is to forensically examine multiple videos (already available on YouTube) and provide an expert report confirming:
Whether the videos were digitally altered or manipulated (deepfake/spliced/fabricated content).
Metadata information (timestamps, device/software used).
Evidence of the IP address, geolocation, or device used to upload the videos (for subpoena guidance).
Prepare a legally admissible report suitable for use in U.S. courts (Florida jurisdiction).
Assist with drafting technical content for subpoena to YouTube/Google if necessary.
Tasks Include:
Downloading and authenticating video content
Analyzing file metadata and upload patterns
Identifying any forensic signs of tampering, voice overlays, or synthetic generation
Supporting legal team with structured, court-ready evidence
Optional: Serving as an expert witness if case proceeds to trial
Required Expertise:
Certification(s): CFCE, EnCE, GCFA, or equivalent
Experience with forensic tools (e.g., Magnet AXIOM, Cellebrite, X-Ways, Amped Authenticate, etc.)
Demonstrated history of working with legal teams or in court testimony
Understanding of subpoena processes for IP and platform data (esp. Google/YouTube)
Excellent written English for clear, concise forensic reports
Bonus:
U.S.-based or familiar with U.S. legal standards
Ability to coordinate with attorney or legal filings
Familiarity with civil defamation or cybercrime litigation
Deliverables:
Initial findings within 7–10 days
Final expert report in PDF
Subpoena-ready technical request language
